This includes edging, drilling, tempering, <a title=\"\u0423\u0437\u043d\u0430\u0442\u044c \u0431\u043e\u043b\u044c\u0448\u0435 \u043e &quot;Heat Soak&quot; \u0442\u0435\u0441\u0442\u0435 \u0437\u0430\u043a\u0430\u043b\u0435\u043d\u043d\u043e\u0433\u043e \u0441\u0442\u0435\u043a\u043b\u0430\" href=\"\/products\/tempered-glass.html#Heat_test\"><strong>Heat Soak<\/strong> testing<\/a> (which eliminates the risk of spontaneous destruction of tempered glass caused by the presence of nickel sulfide inclusions) and strict quality control at every stage of production.<\/p>\n<p class=\"justifyfull\">&#8220;Spider&#8221; glazing systems are designed for the construction of vertical and inclined facades, roofs, domes and canopies, as well as for various interior solutions. The glass panels used are usually rectangular and can be flat or curved. Various colors and shades of glasses and coatings, and the possibility of applying colored enamels and drawings to them, provide the architect with ample opportunities to create original projects.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d69b5;\"><strong>Types of glazing for spider systems:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #1d69b5;\">Monolithic tempered glass &#8211; single glazing <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 80%;\"> (10, 12, 15, 19 mm thick)<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>colorless;<\/li>\n<li>extra-transparent;<\/li>\n<li>toned in bulk (bronze, gray, green, blue);<\/li>\n<li>enameled (RAL colors);<\/li>\n<li>decorated with silk-screen printing;<\/li>\n<li>glasses with hard pyrolytic sun-reflecting coatings, as well as some models of reflective glass with magnetron sputtering.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"justifyleft\"><span style=\"color: #1d69b5;\">Multiple-layer laminated glass \u2013 single-chamber glazing <\/span> <span style=\"font-size: 80%;\">(external \u2013 8, 10, 12, 15, 19 mm, internal \u2013 6, 8, 10 mm)<\/span>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>all of the aforementioned types of glass with a polymer film interlayer can be used;<\/li>\n<li>when using sun-reflecting glass, the configuration, where the reflective layer comes in contact with the polymer film, must not be used;<\/li>\n<li>for lantern glazing and awnings, only glazing elements containing laminated glass are used;<\/li>\n<li>as part of a multilayer laminated glass piece, in which the outer glass is tempered, it is possible to use heat-strengthened glass as the outer layer. The weight of the glass, snow and ice loads put a strain on inclined and horizontal surfaces. These influences lead to deflection of the glass. European standards have regulations for the maximum permissible values of such deflections &#8211; no more than L \/ 100 for single glass and no more than L \/ 150 for double-glazed windows (where L is the measured side).The maximum permissible working stress on glass, measured in MPa, is also regulated. GlassPro uses the necessary analytical techniques and software to calculate the values of deflections and stresses in glass in relation to the designed object.
