If it is necessary for the provided extension of the overhang to exceed 2500 mm, an additional substructure will be required. This will ensure the distribution of loads on the canopy glazing elements and minimize deflections arising from their own weight, wind and snow loads. It is preferable to manufacture such a metal structure from a stainless steel profile of the appropriate geometric measurements. Additional hinged mounts are attached to the metal profile, the quantity of which is calculated based on the dimensions of the overhang. The use of a substructure allows the installation of overhangs with a maximum protruding element of up to 6000 mm.
